It was a beautiful day for the Dwyer Family to finalize the adoption of their beautiful Princess at the Montgomery County CourtHouse.

The Location

I met the Dwyer family and their entire very supportive family first thing in the morning at the Montgomery County Courthouse to document the finalization of the adoption of their daughter. I am so honored that they asked me to be a part of their special day. I have had the pleasure of photographing this family twice in the last few months and both times I had a amazing time.  Below I have posted a few of my favorite pictures from the first part of our day together, these are from outside the courthouse after the adoption hearing. Second Location

After the courthouse we headed over to Elmwood Park Zoo to hang out so that they could spend some family time. I had so much fun spending the day with them. There was so much love and happiness and everyone was smiling and laughing all day. The entire family came over to the zoo with us and was so happy for Karen and Shawn and their precious princess. Below are a few of my favorite images from our time at the Elmwood park zoo. One thing that I love about the elmwood park zoo is that is smaller than the Philadelphia Zoo but it has so much to do and offer and it is one of my favorite places to take my family

The Family

Karen and I have known one another since we were in middle school so around 20 years.  I was so honored that she chose me to document something so special and important to them. Karen and Shawn have a love and connection that is amazing. And the love that they have for their daughter is so beautiful! This little girl is has so many people around her that love her she is one very lucky little girl!!
